Nicola Mannion from Tom Hogan Motors, the first-ever female to take one of the top prizes in the Toyota’s Pan-European Skills Grand Prix.

Toyota Motor Europe (TME) has announced the winners of its 18th European Skills Grand Prix, which awards the company’s top Service Advisors in Europe. Nicola Mannion from Tom Hogan Motors in Galway who was representing Toyota Ireland beat 23 of Europe’s best Service Advisors to claim 3rd Place in this prestigious event.
The competition for Service Advisors was very demanding, with each participant performing four tasks including an online knowledge test and service delivery role-play.
